The results are in and Melanie Backe-Hansen, Chesterton Humberts’ own in-house historian has won PrimeLocation.com’s Best Newcomer award for her The House Historian blog on the company’s website.
Melanie, whose blog was also a runner up for the Best Blog and User’s Favourite Blog awards, wins Ł150 worth of Habitat vouchers.
It’s wonderfully ironic that Chesterton Humberts’ in-house historian is proving so successful in the very contemporary world of social media. Melanie’s online popularity has led to her writing regular blog posts on the Country Life website as well as having her own blog on the Chesterton Humberts website.
