Julie Fellows, one of the foremost figures in the Marlborough property market, has joined Chesterton Humberts to run the company’s Marlborough office.

Having lived and worked in Marlborough for over 12 years, successfully marketing hundreds of properties, Julie has an in-depth knowledge of the local property market and a reputation for providing sellers in the area with sound advice based on her years of experience.

Julie is supported by the experience and expertise of a young, forward-thinking team including: senior negotiator Charlie Booker, a graduate from Cirencester who was based out of the Cirencester office of Chesterton Humberts; negotiator Camilla Vevers, who also graduated from Cirencester and has five years experience in the rural and sales agency market; and residential sales co-ordinator, Deborah Giacobbi.

Commenting on her new position, Julie said, “Chesterton Humberts has already established an excellent reputation in residential sales in Marlborough so I am very excited to be taking the reins and working alongside such a dynamic young team that will inject the local market with some real energy.”

She continues, “There is no doubt that the economic uncertainty is having a big effect on the UK property market, but that is not to say that there is no-one looking to buy or sell.
