New Lettings Manager

Francesca has enjoyed a very successful career in Kensington since joining Chesterton Humberts in 2009 and has since built an in-depth knowledge of the local lettings property market. She will be working closely with the long-established Kensington High Street branch, alongside Lettings Director Corinna Digeser to offer complete coverage of the area.

Francesca commented, “I am looking forward to establishing the brand in Kensington Church Street. The lettings market in this area is buzzing with activity at the moment with fresh tenant demand rising as well as a supply of property to the market, albeit at a slower pace. June has been a very busy month having secured mainly the let of smaller units priced from £550-£1,100 per week. The corporate demand remains strong and we are expecting August and September to be even busier than normal trends for this time of year with families keen to secure large apartments before school begins.”
