Chesterton Humberts Architectural Services is based in Marlborough and Taunton and is part of the Professional Services division consisting of Architects and Designers, Planning Consultants, Commercial Surveyors and Building Surveyors. In our time we have established a reputation for sensitive design solutions and for achieving difficult Planning consents.
The practice has an in-depth understanding of the planning process and closely follows local development frameworks, regional planning policies and other relevant strategies. In the most complex cases the practice works with a range of specialist planning consultants. Specialist services such as flood risk assessments, traffic surveys, contamination reports, travel plans and environmental risk assessments can also be commissioned and outsourced.
We work closely with our colleagues in the Rural Division to provide advice and solutions for the use and development of redundant farm buildings and land.
